5 Tips to help tired mum get their groove back on

Let’s face it mums, we all have those moments when we just feel tired and overwhelmed. So, what do you do when this happens?
5 Tips to help tired mum get their groove back on
Here are 5 simple tips that actually works .
1.Stop cleaning
Whenever you feel tired, just drop everything that you are doing and sit down. You do not need to clean every second your kids make a mess. Unless they spilled a drink or something dangerous or delicate.
2. Lay on the couch
Put your feet up and watch your kids play, when you do this you are relaxing your body muscle. You can’t always be on the go all of the time, it’s going to wear you down. So give your body a break and recharge!
3. Easy meal
When you feel tired the last thing that you want to do is cook, am I right? I mean just the thought of cooking is a nightmare, so why not make a simple yet delicious recipe? Cook something that you are already way too familiar with and that you know it will take no time in making. Remember do not slave in the kitchen, just make something simple and fast. I won’t lie, sometimes I prepare noodles or cereal because it’s the quickest meal I can come up with. No judgements. Another tip for you, order food and call it a day.
4. Take a power nap
A power nap is all you need to give you that energy boost that you so need and desire. Yes momma, let me tell you that those extra 10 minutes can do wonders.
5. Eat
It is so important for every mom to have a full stomach. You must take care of yourself in order to take care of your kids and I always try to live by those words because it’s true. & One more tip, please take your health & wellness super serious if not for anything, because your children need you to be well and alive for them.
