4 tips to help you work from home effectively

With the pandemic plaguing the world  most people work from home and here are 4 tips that can help you work from home effectively.

We always have one form of distraction or the other while working from home but we can plan to make it more productive.

Here are 4 tips that can be really helpful with your productivity while stuck at home.

1. Have a me time or to do list before you start your day:

Taking time apart to think or list all the things you want accomplished in a day can really help with your productivity.

This gives you direction and hence increases your productivity.

2. Take breaks during work

It’s not OK to sit in one position all day, while working make sure to take breaks, grab a snack, work around the house, play a game.

Just make certain you don’t sit in a place all day.

3. Stay Hydrated : This is very important, have a glass of water or a bottle of water around so from time to time you can take a sip.

4. Rest – There maybe so much to cover but you can’t afford to overwhelm yourself and sit in a place all day.

Give yourself a break so you don’t overwork your brain.

It needs to rest for a while so it doesn’t shut down.

When you practise all the above, your work from home can become more effective.
