Award-winning musician David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has demonstrated his commitment to fairness and justice by refunding the sum of eight hundred thousand naira allegedly taken by his aide, Israel DMW, from a herb vendor, Mideshaven.

Mide took to her Instagram page to share a video where she informed her followers that Davido had returned the money Israel DMW had taken from her without fulfilling their agreement.

According to the young herb vendor, Israel DMW collected the sum of 800 thousand naira from her for the promotion of her herbs but failed to deliver because she did not balance up with an additional 200 thousand naira. She claimed that all her attempts to reach out to Israel DMW were unsuccessful as he blocked every communication channel she used.

Following the refund, Mide expressed her gratitude to Davido for his kind gesture and to her fans who supported her during the ordeal.

To everyone that commented and supported me on this course, I really appreciate you all. I was overwhelmed with the support I appreciate. This news comes on the heels of reports that Davido had unfollowed Israel DMW on social media. Many speculated that this move was related to Israel DMW’s alleged homophobic comments against rising entertainer Enioluwa Adeoluwa.
