Jamie Pajoel University hosts 3000 delegates at the JPI Leadership convention, Port-Harcourt

With the rise in the number of entrepreneurs, very few truly comprehend the concept of leadership, and how to leverage on its transformative effect for nation building. Commendably, the gaps are being bridged by great minds who have interacted with the global scene. In the list of these national assets stand a system and a wonder, Dr. Jamie Pajoel.

Dr. Jamie Pajoel is a renowned Chief Strategy Consultant and Global Leadership Development Coach whose leadership style has caused a stir across the globe. As a highly regarded and in-demand leadership instructor for both the public and private sectors, he has trained captains of industry, managing directors, senior executives, and middle- and upper-level managers from a wide range of international organizations.

He developed the concept for an annual Youth Leadership Conference, which brings together delegates from several states in Nigeria and several African nations, driven by his passion to witness the development of young entrepreneurs and leaders in Nigeria and throughout Africa.

March 23, 2024, The Jamie Pajoel International welcomed 3000 in-Country and cross-Country delegates to a one-day Youth Leadership Conference, in the city of Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

The JPI LEADERSHIP CONVENTION, PORT-HARCOURT featured various talk sessions, panel sessions, drama, and spoken words. Each gracing the occasion with their inspiring anecdotes and valuable content was amazing. The Lineup of speakers was a heat wave: Dr. Jamie Pajoel, Rev. Lanre Oluseye, Dr. Stephen Akintayo, Barr. Austen Nnadi, Mrs. Chioma Ifeanyi-Eze, Dr. Summy Smart Francis, Hilda Dokubo, Kanayo O. Kanayo, Ndidi Anike Val-Okeoma, Folasade Adefisayo, and the Grand Comedian of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Ali Baba.

Emeka Nobis, Sarah Mumba, Benjamin Nnam, Udochukwu Chikwendu, and Haoma Worgwu, sat as the Panelists. Their mastery in social media in the 21st century, provided tips needed to give  businesses the desired facelift for sustainable productivity.

Captured in this report are some of the key nuggets from the speakers.

Dr. Summy Smart Francis emphasized the importance of willpower, stating that when life presents challenges, it’s essential to find a supportive network of like-minded individuals. Ali Baba highlighted the significance of success benefiting others and stressed the importance of adding value when networking.

Chioma Ifeanyi-Eze discussed the importance of knowledge gained from conferences and underscored the dual purpose of business: making money and making an impact. She also outlined six critical aspects of accounting for businesses. Dr. Stephen Akintayo shared insights on achieving financial stability through real estate, emphasizing the journey of success, the importance of diversification, and the value of shameless selling.

Barr. Austen Nnadi focused on achieving greatness through mentorship, emphasizing the importance of legacy and leadership in nurturing successors. Dr. Jamie Pajoel spoke about creating a compelling future, urging individuals to identify missing elements, take risks, and seek advice from those who have achieved similar goals. He also emphasized the concept of financial freedom and the significance of generational influences.

Folasede Adefisayo discussed innovative learning and highlighted the framework outlined in the book “7 Habits of Highly Effective People.” Ndidi Anike Val-Okeoma addressed coping with unexpected challenges, emphasizing personal responsibility and the transformative power of difficult experiences.

Finally, Kanayo O. Kanayo spoke about rising against all odds through commitment and sacrifice, emphasizing the importance of self-development, making choices, and accepting the consequences. Each speaker provided valuable insights and strategies for personal and professional growth.

The conference sent rays of renewed hope to young minds; brick by brick, a mighty structure is raised. With it came lots of testimonials from delegates. Without doubt, the effect will only ripple. Fun fact, after a raffle draw, four lucky delegates went home with a plot of land in the great city of Port-Harcourt. A delegate was even given an appreciable sum of money, for answering a question. What great men do for fun.

Unarguably, the impact of this conference filled the street of the social media space. Those who had the privilege of attending the conference, both in person and online, are the real Ballers who experienced the meaning of ‘premium or nothing.’ Today and always, Jamie Pajoel International and Jamie Pajoel University is committed to redefining leadership in Nigeria, against all odds.
