INGREDIENTS :
Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken Breast
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
Salt & black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder (or fresh garlic)
1 tsp dried thyme or oregano
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
METHOD
- Pound chicken slightly so it cooks evenly.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic, herbs, lemon juice, and olive oil.
*Grill or pan-sear on medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through and lightly golden.
*Rest for 2 minutes, then slice.
