Healthy Living : Going all green for health/weight loss
It’s been said that your health is your wealth.

What’s the point of creating so much wealth and be terribly sick because of simply being careless.
Note that your health is all determined by what you let into your system.
It all starts from the inside our so be careful what you eat on a daily basis.
Check to be certain they don’t have any harmful effect on your system.
It could be an addiction to soft drinks, constant consumption of starchy food or junks and so many other bad eating habit.
Which ever one it is, this can be corrected by going all green.

A day meal plan all green and fruit snack
Take more vegetables, fruits and others in that category.
You don’t necessarily have to chew vegetables everyday, you can blend into fruits to get a smooth smoothie.
Smoothies can replace our food, enable us loose weight, give us a perfect immune system and generally could give a a glowing and radiating skin.
You might not go all out on greens, but gradually you can substitute some regular food for it.
With time your body becomes used to jt that you can go all green.
Smoothie diets are nutritional and very effective in maintaining a healthy eating habit.
