REVIVING YOUR SEX LIFE @ LACK OF CASH PACT

Possibility of the effect of lack of cash on love making can never be over emphasized, but heres the good news; your sexual life can be restored!

Stressing over money cannot get in the way of a fulfilling sex and orgasm. Money to a large extent, is the most common source of stress among couples, and if not properly handled, it can spill tension into the bedroom as financial issues can have an all- en-compassing effect on your mood. It can go further to overflow further into your relationship but it doesnt have to be so especially as it can destroy your sex life with your spouse. Chronic stress can wear down peoples ability to let go and fully enjoy themselves during sex says Azra Alic, a licensed clinical social worker in Palo Alto, California. People can become so preoccu-pied with worries about their financial future that they cannot concentrate on whats happen-ing in front of them-in this case, sex.
Going the extra mile to make things better financially like regularly putting in extra hours at the office, or taking loans can result in body exhaustion. Because so much energy goes toward worrying, planning and in some cases overworking, some people find that there is not enough energy left over to get in the mood says Alic. Effects of lack of cash can be seen in even, more damaging ways; instead of risking yet anoth-er fallout about money with significant other, most couples just prefer to bottle up their emo-tions. Avoiding talking about finances at all is not too good because overtime, those feelings become pent up and turn to resentment, which becomes like a cancer to the relationship. People can become passive-aggressive and withhold sex from their partners as an attempt to punish or to act out their rage says psychotherapist Lauren Dummit, the co-founder and clini-cal director of Triune Therapy Group in Los Angeles.
When we experience stress, our nervous system goes into a fight-or-flight response, releasing stress hormones such as cortisol and epinephrine.
Although these hormones are not harmful in small doses, however, when we experience chronic stress and the release of these toxic hormones is prolonged, our physical health is af-fected in many ways Dummit said. For example, cortisol suppresses our sex hormones. That, in turn, lowers your libido.
Its really very important to find ways to alleviate cash stress so that you can get money and mind in the right place so as to yield bigger rewards in the bedroom. Heres how to get out of your sexual rut:-
Be sure to get some quality sleep- Not having enough sleep means youre not giving yourself a fighting chance (less sleep equals less efficiency).
On the other hand, if you crave time for sleep, it can help fight off those pesky stress hormones. So make time to get a little more sleep as it can help lower cortisol levels. And, you will bet-ter be able to be a problem-solver and better be able to get yourself out of the cash rut.
Take care of yourself by engaging in a healthy activity- Instead of bottling up your emotions, find a healthy outlet that helps you blow off some steam such as, spending more time out-doors like going for a walk, reading a book, listening to music, playing a video game or swim-ming. Do whatever you enjoy most to help you take a break from lifes stress.
Looking after yourself will go a long way in helping you find a purpose in life, through which, you can reconnect with your loved ones.
