Nollywood actress has shared her favourite self-care tips that help her relieve stress.
Nse, 44, in a post on her Instagram page, noted that while it is okay to be tired, especially when one has had a hectic week, one should make conscious effort to get over it.
Here is what she posted: “This week has been quite hectic and it has taught me that it’s okay to be tired. More importantly, I consciously thought about ways to destress; so here are some of my fave self-care tips:
- Breathe. Consciously and deliberately.
- Drink water. Maybe add a slice of lemon and pretend you’re in a spa
- Sleep.
- Get an orgasm or maybe 2.
- And eat!”
