It was on this premise that day 3 of the Social Media Week Lagos 2019 took off . The rise and shine: Walking meditation session led by Sarah Jarmakani. It has been observed that asides fighting depression, meditation also fights stress.
It was on that note the yoga and meditation classes have been kickstarting the day’s activities of the Social Media Week Lagos 2019.
The morning session also had Visual designer Hammed Okunade guide attendees through Minimalism: Creating a happy healthy workstation. And then,Reni Folawiyo led a talk on turning your passion into a profitable venture. CEO, Evans Akanno taught attendees how to build a website in one hour.
